Approach
My work is holistic, relational, and deeply attuned to the mind-body connection. Grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based work, I help uncover unconscious patterns and relational dynamics while integrating practical tools that support meaningful change. This approach fosters both deep self-reflection and the development of effective coping strategies. Simply put, I guide you in working simultaneously from the inside out and the outside in. Rather than fitting people into a specific framework, I believe therapy should be individualized to support each person’s journey.
Rooted in a trauma-informed approach, I create an inclusive, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, understood, and, most importantly, safe.
My guiding philosophy is that every feeling and behavior holds meaning when we take the time to listen. By cultivating a relationship with all parts of ourselves, we create space for transformation.
